Dr Dinorah Gonzalez is a professor and researcher in the area of urban planning, economic development and housing. She is an urban planner with experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of urban public policies. This includes using geographic information systems as a tool of analysis for decision-making in public administration, the private sector and for research purposes.

As a USF International Fellow, Dr Gonzalez will spend nine months working with Associate Professor Paavo Monkkonen in the School of Public Affairs at UCLA Luskin.
