Committed to public outreach, I share my findings on workplace surveillance, labor rights, and tech policy widely. I have testified for the U.S. Congress, the Colorado State House, and the D.C. Council. My research has been featured in 130+ media stories, including The New York Times, and I have given 80 lectures globally, including Harvard Law School. My recent report on gig nursing, garnered wide coverage and was featured in a viral video by comedian Alex Falcone.
Striving to produce clear solutions and convincing recommendations, my research has been cited in a Seattle Municipal ordinance, amicus briefs for the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and California, and legislative hearing materials across multiple U.S. states.
